Daily Things
In responce to Michelle's Daily Three Things for today, here's my Corn Bake Casserole recipe:1/2 cup margarine
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn drained
1 8oz box corn muffin mix
3 eggs
2 cups sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar or co-jack cheese
Paprika to taste
Melt butter (origional recipe had a small onion sauted in the butter, but we rarely make it that way). Add cooled butter to both cans of corn, muffin mix, and eggs. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Mix the sour cream, cheese, and paprika in seperate bowl, spoon on top of corn mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
