Ok, THAT was weird
I opened my blog page and in the cache it was fine, but when I refreshed, it was someone's photograph of a billboard. And I couldn't get my blog to come up at all. But when I did a test post, I got it to work.
THAT'S IT!
Next week, I will figure out how to get this blog OFF Blog*Spot, onto technicolorday.com where it belongs!

The art of the quilt
For one of the sites I'm working on for someone, I've been doing some serching for Sunbonnet Sue patterns, and I found a couple cool things.
One quilter has used Sue to help raise awareness for domestic abuse. And a group of quilters, who realized they were sick of Sue, made quilts of her in, um, let's say, not so flattering situations.

I found this site last week, and thought it was wildly creative and kinda fun. But what the heck was it? An educational tool? A bad trip? A piece of interactive artwork?
Well, according to Ernie it's a new Brittish TV show for kids.

I do love my home town (though indirectly, it is the reason I am unemployed).
Today, looking for the One Book site, so I can join the fun, I found two more cool things about Lincoln.
One, my favorite coffee (Jamaican Me Crazy) is actually roasted right here, and B), my favorite (and Nebraska's first and only) community radio has a live web link to listen to the station.
Very Cool.
